10 oz raw carrots, julianned or shredded 2 medium apples, peeled, cored & chopped.5 Cup low fat plain yogurt.25 Cup honey.25 Cup sulatnas (golden raisins).25 Cup dried cranberriesjuice of 1 lemon

Mix ingredients together and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving
