Chicken Cheese Rolls

5 Chicken Breasts (3 oz)2 Tbls. Chopped OnionsAsian Seasoning (optional)15 Large Wonton Wraps
Filling:
Cook chicken allow to cool. Chop onions and chicken and combine in a bowl along with cheese.
Fill wraps with 2 tbls of filling.
Bring bottom of wrap over filling. Fold side corners in. Using a mixture of egg white and water brush onto the top corner to seal.
Either pan fry or deep fry until golden brown and bubbly.
Makes 15 rolls.
