Simple Paella

2 tablespoons olive oil4 chicken drumsticks and thighs¼ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon pepper2 cloves garlic, chopped½ pound andouille sausage, sliced ¼ inch thick1 cup uncooked rice3 cups low-sodium chicken broth1 package Goya Sazon with Azafran2 bay leaves12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined1 cup frozen peas1 tablespoon parsley
1. Heat oven to 375. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat.
2. 2.Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in pot; cook 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove and set aside. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic and sausage. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3. Add rice and stir to coat with oil. Stir in broth, Sazon and bay leaves; bring to boil. Return chicken to pot and bake at 375 for 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
4. Remove from oven and tuck shrimp under rice mixture. Sprinkle peas on top and cover. Return to oveb abd bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
