Japenese Chicken Sauce (For Wings or Pieces)

Ingredients
3 tbsp. soya sauce3 tbsp. water1/2 c. white vinegar1/2 tsp. salt1 c. white sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a wide casserole, so the chicken (aprox. 3 lb.) can be spread out. Add the chicken and coat in sauce. Bake at 350F, uncovered, for 1 hour. Baste while cooking.

Makes 12, 4 oz. peices of chicken in sauce. Chicken not included in the nutritional information.
