EZ VENISON STROGANOFF

1 lb. Venison thin sliced1 TBL vegetable oil1 C chopped onion1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup4 TBL Reduced Fat Sour Cream2 C Frozen Green Beans1/4 tsp Paprika
1. In a large non-stick skillet brown venison in 1 TBL oil over med-hi heat.
2. Remove meat, lower heat to medium, saute chopped onion until softened.
3. Add green beans, stir in soup and paprika. Heat to boil.
4. Stir in sour cream and venison. Lower heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Serve over pasta or baked potato for a hearty meal.
