Ingredients
Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, refrigerated dough, 16 serving (remove)Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Catsup, .5 cup (remove)*BBQ Sauce, KC Master Piece, 8 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)*Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
In small bowl, combine catsup, BBQ sauce, honey, and mustard. Set aside. Brown ground turkey, salt, pepper, chili powder, onions, and green pepper. Add BBQ sauce to ground turkey. Place biscuits in muffin pan pressing them in to make wells. Fill with turkey. Top with cheddar and bake 8-10 minutes.

    This was incredible! And I'm happy about the calorie count. I did cut the salt down to 1tsp and will probably cut it down again to 1/2 next time I make it. I also cut the chili powder by about 1/2T. I also used Flaky Layers biscuits cause the calorie count was the same, SO GOOD! Make this tonight!! - 1/23/11

    Super yummy. Easy to make! I just bake the biscuits first and split them in half and pile on the turkey. - 11/3/07
