Ingredients
Directions
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast10 baby carrots, raw, chopped in half1/2 c. Celery, chopped1/2 c. potato, raw, chopped in bite size pieces10 sprays of "I can't believe its not butter" butter sprayGarlic salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)Poultry seasoning (to taste)
Pre-heat oven to 350. Start with a sheet of aluminum foil(approx. the size of a cereal box). Place the chicken breast in the center of the foil. Add the chopped veggies equally to each side of the chicken. Spray the top of everything with 5-10 sprays of butter spray & season. Fold all ends up, making a "pouch". (do not poke with holes). Place the pouch on a baking sheet and bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Everything gets nice and tender, the flavor is awesome and the chicken is nice and moist! Lowfat and very filling! - A Must Try!

AWESOME! My family(including picky 15 yr old daughter) LOVES this. They all "woohoo" when I make it. We have this 6to 8 times a month. Great tasting, easy and very filling. Only problem is making enough so everybody gets their fill, they cant get enough! You've got to try this! Its great! - 11/10/08
