Chicken a la King

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts2 cups mushrooms1.5 cups chopped onions100 grams hard margarine1 green pepper1 red pepper1 cup homemade chicken stock1 cup water1 cup milk1 gram black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Chop the chicken breasts, mushrooms & peppers. Sauté the chicken half of the margarine over medium heat until chicken is browned. Add the vegetables and the rest of the margarine, continue to sauté until the peppers and mushrooms are soft and the onions are translucent. Remove from the heat, add the flour and pepper, return to low heat, stirring, until the mixture bubbles. Slowly stir in the stock, milk and water. Turn the heat up to boiling, continuing to stir. Keep at a boil for several minutes, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
