Dice 925g Maple Leaf Smoked Ham (about 5 cups). Slice 8 medium potatoes into thin slices. Chop about 1/2 cup onions. Mix 5oz 2% milk with 10oz Campbell's cream of mushroom soup. Measure 2 cups of Sargento Pizza Mozzarella. Spray casserole/baking dish with cooking spray and layer potatoes, ham, onions, soup & cheese 3 times to make 3 layers. Be careful with the salt since the ham, soup & cheese is already salty. Bake covered at 450F for at least 1 hour - 1-1/4 hours. The soup mixture may get a little runny, if desired remove cover the last 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. Remove when potatoes are cooked & tender.
This recipe will make about 8 servings depending on who's eating.
