Creamy Ground Turkey with Cabbage

1.25 pound ground turkey (93/7)One large onion, chopped,One medium head cabbage, choppedOne cup reduced fat sour creamOne cup reduced fat cheese of choice3 slices of reduced calorie whole wheat bread, pulsed to crumbs in food processor1 tsp olive oilsalt & pepper
Brown the turkey and onion in very large oven-proof skillet.
Add cabbage, cover and cook until crisp-tender, 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix bread crumbs and olive oil in small bowl, and sprinkle over top.
Bake in 375 oven 20 minutes.
