Crab Dip

1/2 c. low-fat sour cream2 T. reduced-calorie mayonnaise1 T. nonfat milk1 T. prepared horseradish1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce1/2 lb. nonfat cream cheese1/2 lb. lump crabmeatSalt1/8 tsp. paprika
Makes 3 cups.
1. Place the sour ream, mayonnaise, milk, horseradish, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Blend until smooth.
2. Stir in the crabmeat. Add salt to taste. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Transfer to an attractive bowl, sprinkle with the paprika, and serve with Pita Chips (I will post later) or low-calorie crackers.
