BBQ Tempeh burritos

Ingredients
150g tempeh cut in strips1 green pepper in slices1 red pepper in slices1 onion in long slices1/2 cup corn niblets1.5 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped1 Tbsp vegetable oil1/2 cup chopped cilantro1/2 cup BBQ sauce4 10" flour tortillas
Directions
In oil over medium heat, saute tempeh until it starts to brown, stirring often but not breaking strips. Add and saute onion and peppers until just tender. Add corn, spinach and cilantro, plus the BBQ sauce. Stir until spinach just wilts (1-2 minutes).
Fill and roll each tortilla, splitting mixture evenly into four servings. Place burritos seam side down on baking pan and bake in 350 oven for about 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Serve with FF sour cream, salsa, and a side salad.
