Rhubarb Cake

1 1/2 cup rhubarb - cut into short pieces2 Cup Flour1 1/2 Cup Brown sugar1/2 Cup Margarine 1 egg1 Tsp Baking soda1/4 Tsp Baking powder1/4 tsp NutmegTOPPING1/3 Cup Sugar1/3 Tsp Cinnamon
Dust rhubarb with some of the flour
cream together brown sugar, margarine and egg
sift dry ingredients together add to creamed mixture. Fold in rhubarb.
Pour to lightly greased & floured pan
Top with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
