Strawberry pie

2 pints fresh strawberries2 tablespoons cornstarch1 1/2 cups water1 (0.3 ounce) package sugar free strawberry kiwi gelatin3 tablespoons sugar1 graham cracker pie crust (reduced-fat)2 cups whipped cream (reduced fat)
Hull and slice strawberries and set aside. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in gelatin and sugar until dissolved. Stir in strawberries and pour the filling into the crust. Cover and refrigerate until firm (preferably overnight).
Serve with whipped topping and garnish with half a strawberry, if desired.
