Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake (Calorie Wise) 96 mini muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 cup graham flour1 cup sugar1 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 tsp cinnamon4 tsp baking powder4 eggs2 cup pumpkin - 1 16oz can6 oz bag hershey's semi sweet chocoloate chips
Directions
Bake at 375 degrees, mix ingredients, pour in mini muffin pans with paper wrappers, regular muffins, or 2 bread pans

Cook until tops slightly browned:
96 mini-muffins (nutrition calculated for these), cook 20 minutes.
24 large muffins, cook 25-30 minutes
2 bread loafs, cook 30-35 minutes, approx 24 servings
each.
*Can sprinkle with confectionary sugar after removed from oven, this is not in the caloric count.
