Skinny White Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 pkg Boneless Skinless Breast Tenders2 cans great northern beans or 4 cups2 (32 oz) containers organic, 99% fatfree, low sodium chicken broth2 TBS chopped jalapenos (optional)1 medium sized onion, chopped4 TBS taco seasoning (this is the seasoning, not the packets)2 tsp seasoning salt1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Set temp to "high". After 2 hours, remove chicken from crock pot and shred. Return chicken to crock pot, reduce heat to low and cook for 4 more hours. Makes approx. 20 (1 cup) servings.

I like to serve it over brown and wild rice. 1/2 cup brown and wild rice is 109 calories, .8 fat, 1.8 g dietary fiber.
