Cauliflower Cheese

Ingredients
Cauliflower, 1 head, medium Reduced fat Creme Fraiche, 50 gram(s) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Butter, unsalted, 10 gramsYellow Mustard, 10 grams Cheddar Cheese, 75 grams
Directions
Parboil the cauliflower florets until firm but cooked. Slice the onion finely and fry until blanched in the butter. Drain and add the cauliflower. Add creme fraiche and mustard. Add the cheese chopped finely. cook until texture of florets is correct. add water to adjust thickness of sauce. Adjust amount of mustard to taste.

serves two or more if combined with other vegetables.
