Ingredients
1 can Coconut Milk1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter1 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Lime Juice1 tsp Thai Curry Powder.5 tsp Ginger Powder.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized, microwave-safe bowl.

Heat mixture on HIGH in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until heated (apx. 5 minutes)

Serve on rice, with chicken

Makes 24--2 Tablespoon servings.
