Baked Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup diced pumkin1 cup diced carrots1 large onion diced1 medium sweet potato diced1/2 eggplant diced2 cloves garlic1/2 green pepper diced1 large tin diced tomatoes1/2 teaspoon salt pepper to taste6 leaves basil 1 teaspoon thyme
Directions
Place all vegetables in a large baking pan, spray with cooking spray bake on 200 celcius for one and a half hours, fold in tin of tomatoes, warm through the tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your pasta of choice.
