Ingredients
Black Beans Dried (uncooked), 5 cup Onions, raw, 1 large ChoppedExtra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbspWater, tap, 10 cup Salt, 1.5 tbsp Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp Cayanne pepper to tasteGarlic, 4 cloves chopped or pressed
Directions
Place all ingredients in the crock pot on low for 8-10 hours. Mash to desired consistency. I'm guessing at 15 1 cup servings
