Tofu yogurt cake

Ingredients
3 cups Firm Tofu (about 1.5 blocks).25 cups Lemon Juice1 cup Splenda6 z Light Yogurtdash of salt4 tbsp flax seed
Directions
Blend well in blender all ingredients Place wafers into greased muffin cups. Pour mixture in equal amounts into muffin cups. Bake for about 30 min at 325. May require more baking depending on pan. Use toothpick to check. Will be slightly creamier than usual.
Doesn't exactly taste like cheesecake but still good in its own right and resembles the taste and texture. Top as preffered.
