Classic Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 cup Dreamfield Rotini Pasta(dry)1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup evaporated fat free milk1 medium egg beaten1/4 tsp black pepper1 1/4 cup Chedder Cheese reduced fat finely shredded
Directions
Cook macaroni accodfing to package directions(do not add salt to water) Drain and set aside.

Spray a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350*

Lightly spray a saucepan with nonstick cooking spray

Add onions to saucepan and saute for about 3 minutes
In another bowl combine macaroni onions and remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly

Transfer mixture into prepared casserole dish

Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly . Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Each serving is 1/2 cup

    Don,t know why the egg is added, the cheese sauce clumped up the minute it was added, - 12/18/19
