Sweet Spaghetti Squash

1 medium sized spaghetti squash (about 2 cups per serving)2 tbs. Earth Balance Vegan Butter2 tsp. CinnamonStevia to taste (optional!)
The hardest part about this recipe is cutting the Spaghetti Squash in half length wise... the rest is too simple:
Remove seeds from squash. Place halves in a shallow bowl with about 1cm. of water. Heat in microwave for 7 minutes each side. Once cooled scrape out the inside of squash, stir in butter and cinnamon- and enjoy :)
