Amanda's Sunday Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup All Purpose Flour1/2 cup wholewheat flour1 tbsp Baking Powder1 tbsp Splenda1 egg2 tbsp melted Becel Margarine (non-Hydrogenated)1.5 cups skim milk (non-fat)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients on another. Bring together in one bowl and whisk. Spray Pam on a griddle or non stick frying pan and pour the batter onto the heated griddle. Once bubbles appear on the pancakes flip to the other side. Serve with fruit or low sugar syrup.
