Karen's Low Fat Lasagna

Ingredients
Reduced fat mozzarella, Fat Free, Cottage cheese, Italian Pasta Cheese, Eggbeaters, lasagna noodles, Garlic and Herb sauce, reduced fat parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix together cheeses(set 1/2 c of Italian pasta cheese and mozzarella aside) and add 1/4 cup eggbeaters. Stir 1 cup of veggie crumbles into herb and garlic sauce. Pour a small amount of sauce into bottom of 9 X 9 pan. Place 3 noodles on top. Add 1/2 of cheese mixture followed by 1/2 of sauce mixture. Layer another 3 noodles on top going in cross direction. Layer with remaining cheese mixture and sauce. Top with 1/2 cup of Italian pasta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to cook for 10 -15 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown to your desired color.
