Apple Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 small apple1/4 cup quick cook oatmeal1 dash allspice2 dashes nutmeg4 dashes cinnamon1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon skim milk1 packet artificial sweetener (or to taste)4 Tablespoons aerosol whipped light cream
Directions
Peel, core, and chop the apple. In a medium sized microwave safe bowl, stir the chopped apple, spices, and oats. Stir in the 1/2 cup milk, cook in the microwave for a minute, stir, cook for an additional minute or until it has thickened. Allow to cool in the microwave for a minute.

Stir in sweetener and a tablespoon of milk (or more - until you get the creaminess you desire)

Top with whipped cream and enjoy
