Butternut Squash, 1000 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 2 cup (remove)*Lemon Juice, .13 cup (remove)Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 4 dash (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Sage, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Split butternut squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and strings. Place face down on lightly oiled baking sheet and bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, saute onion in oil till translucent. Add garlic and celery, salt, pepper, and herbs. Cook about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Place stuffing in the cavity of the squash and bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.
