Ingredients
1 Cucumber-peeled1/2 Cup Spinach (Fresh)1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Yogurt1oz.CashewsGaram MasalaCayenne Pepper Garlic Powder
Directions
Chop up one large peeled Cucumber.Add chopped Spinach and Yogurt and Cashews. Season with Garam Masala,Cayenne Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste.Mix well.
Divide into 2 equal portions (approx. 1.5 cups each)Makes two servings.
