Gluten Free Banana Apple Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups Bob's Red Mills All Purpose Gluten Free Flour1 cup buckwheat flour1/4 c flax seed, ground1 1/2 cups hemp milk (or other dairy free milk, if you are unable to digest dairy)1 1/2 TBS Baking Powder1/4 c sugar (I use Raw Sugar)1 egg2 TBS Smart Balance Buttery Spread, melted1 banana1/4 cup unsweetened applesaucetsp dry, plain, gelatin
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Put all the wet ingredients in a blender and puree. Add to the dry mix, stir. If you need more moisture, add water. Drop into 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle. Should make approx 24 pancakes. (Each "serving" = 1 pancake)
