Spicy Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs. tart apples2 1/4 lbs. cranberries2 cups sugar1 1/4 cup cider vingar1/2 T. ground cinnamon1/2 T. salt1/2 T. ground ginger3/4 t. ground cloves3/4 t. red pepper flakes1/2 lb. dark raisins
Directions
Peel, core, and chop apples in very small pieces and add to stock pot.
Add additional ingredients to stock pot and cook at medium high heat for about 25 - 30 minutes.

Let cool and place in jars.

Makes 10 cups.
About 40 1/4 cup servings.
