Ingredients
* *Chicken Stock, Homemade, defatted, .125 cup * Kale, 3 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Rosemary, .5 tbsp * Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp * Garlic, 1 tsp * Turnip Greens, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Chop kale & greens (may substitute any leafy green), slice tomatoes into chunks, and slice mushrooms. Heat olive oil and chicken stock with a little bit of water in a cast-iron skillet. Toss everything in & cook over medium-high until greens are just done (still bright green, not too dark)
