Vegetable Turkey Flatbread Pizza

2 ounces browned ground turkey1 T extra virgin olive oil1 Flatout Italian Herb Flatbread3 T No Salt canned tomatoes, pureed1 T oregano1/2 T basil1/4 c. parmesan cheese3 thin slices onion1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 c. Kraft fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
Place olive oil in small nonstick skillet. Weigh 2 ounces ground lean turkey and crumble in pan. While meat is cooking through, slice onions and mushrooms. Puree tomatoes in blender or food processor. Cover flatbread with tomato "sauce". Sprinkle with oregano, basil, and parmesan cheese. Cover seasoned sauce with sliced onions, mushrooms, turkey, and shredded cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and eat hearty!
