30 oz of Tuna in water (6 small cans)5 TBSP of Fat Free Mayo (this is about 2/3 to 3/4 of a jar of mayo1 sleeve of Ritz crackers (if it turns out too runny, add more crackers)1/4 cup or 2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic1 TBSP of salt3 TBSP of pepperSalt and pepper is up to personal taste though
