Ingredients
Ingredients:Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 3 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Topping:Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)*Flour, white, .33 cup (remove)Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish(6 quart, 13x9). Cover with topping and bake for 35 minutes at 350.
