2 c. Sour milk, fat free2 c. organic cane sugar1 1/2 c. shortening4 eggs1 tsp. salt6 c. flour (all purpose) 2 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. vanillaCream sugar and shortening. add eggs and beat well. Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add baking soda to milk. Add this alternately with flour mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 375* for about 10 mins. on ungreased baking sheet. Let cool. Frosting cooking with half of white icing and half chocolate frosting.
makes about 72 cookies. make sure when baking, tablespoonsful these cookies must be spread out. They will rise but do not expand so they must be spread out into a flatter circle.
