Chicken, mushroom and swiss casserole

4 Large chicken breasts, cut in half4 slices swiss cheese, cut in half1 cup large mushrooms, quartered (or not, if you prefer)1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom 2 slices whole grain wheat bread or bread crumbsPure canola or olive oil cooking sprayPoultry seasoning to tasteSalt to taste (optional)Garlic salt to taste (optional)
Heat oven to 350
1. Spray both sides of bread with canola oil spray and sprinkle with poultry seasoning and garlic salt, bake for about 15 minutes until crispy. (You can skip this step and just use store bought bread crumbs.)
2. Spray pyrex pan with canola oil to prevent sticking.
3. Arrange chicken in pan, surrounded by mushrooms. You can salt it if desired.
4. Place 1/2 slice of swiss cheese over each piece of chicken.
5. Crumble bread slices over everything.
6. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
5. Spread condensed soup over everything.
