Ingredients
Ahi tuna - sushi gradeblack and white sesame seedsextra virgin olive oilSpike natural seasoning
Directions
Pat tuna dry. Brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Spike. Sear for apx. 30 seconds per side in a very hot saute pan. Cooks well on a George Forman type grill. Tuna is best when raw in center.
