Sourdough Apple Melt

Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread2 slices center cut bacon, fried1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (ICBINB) stick1/4 cup apple slices, very thinly sliced
Directions
Fry the bacon. Shred the cheese. Place 1/2 the cheese on one of the bread slices. Top with the apple slices, bacon, remaining cheese and the other slice of bread. Spread 1/2 the ICBINB on the outside of one of the bread slices, place the "buttered" side down in a skillet. Spread the remaining "butter" on the outside of the other slice of bread. Heat the sandwich on low until each side is browned, approx. five minutes per side. Makes one sandwich.
