Salmon burgers with Greek tartar sauce

Ingredients
2 5oz cans pink salmon, skinless/boneless drained4 egg whites1/2 c. italian seasoned bread crumbsTartar Sauce:1/2 C Fage 0%tsp yellow mustardtsp splendaspices to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350; mix all ingredients together and form into 4 patties. This can be served alone (2 patties/1 serving/fills you up!) or you can have it with some veggies or salad and just one patty will do the trick.
For the tartar sauce:
Mix fage with mustard and one packet of splenda, season to achieve a tartar sauce-like taste. Add a splash of lemon juice for more flavor.
