Mexican Corn and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients:1 can whole kernel corn, drained1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can olives, drained1/3 to ½ c. mayo¼ c. minced green onions2 tbsp. taco sauce2 tsp. cider vinegar½ tsp. chili powdercumin (to taste)shredded lettuceshredded Mexican cheesetortilla chips
Directions
Directions:
Combine corn, beans, and olives in a serving bowl. Add in mayo, green onions, taco sauce, vinegar, chili powder and cumin. Mix well.
For serving, portion out shredded lettuce. Add spoonfuls of corn and bean mixture as desired. Top with crumbled tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
