Ingredients
93% lean ground turkey ;1.3lbsMango Marinade (H.T Traders);12 tablespoonsRed Onion Chopped;0.75 cup4 Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat Buns
Directions
Mix up onion, ground turkey and marinade in a bowl. Divide into 4 patties. Grill on low heat for 12 minutes. Flip over after cooking it for 6 minutes. Place on whole wheat bun. Add tomato and lettuce for extra veggie power! A small peice of avocado is delicious(but will increase fat so be weary!) This is perfect for a cookout on your BBQ!
