Ingredients
1 1/4 C Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 1/4 C Milk, nonfat 1/4 C Egg substitute, liquid 3tbs Applesauce, unsweetened 1 C Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 Tbs Flaxseed 1 Tbs Wheatseed
Directions


In bowl mix oats and milk, let stand 5 min.
Add egg sub and apple sauce
Then mix them together. Add dry ingridients to the mix.
cook.
