Ingredients
2 pkg 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese1 cup powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tubes pillsbury crescent rollsfruit of your choice: 1/2 cup strawberries, blueberries, 1 kiwi
Directions
Unroll crescent rolls and press into greased cookie sheet to form crust (press out perforations). Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer.
Spread cream cheese mixture on crust and top with fruit.
Chill until set. Serve cold.
Makes 24 pieces.
