Turkey (dark meat), 1.5 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat), 1.5 cup, chopped or diced Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Scallions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup *Golden Yellow Potatoe, 2 serving Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.5 cup Corn Starch, 0.25 cup Water, bottled, 21 serving
Took the turkey bones and 21 cups of water, boiled it out till meat fell off. Then after it cooled I picked the rest of meat off.
Let cool over night. Skimmed off fat in morning. Then cut all the veggies I wanted to put in and added to stock.
Let come to boil and turned down. Added a little Mrs Dash for seasons and added corn starch to thicken a little.
Will make just about 20 - 1 cup servings.
Good on a cold day for lunch or dinner.
