* Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2.5 lb * Brussels sprouts, cooked, 2 cup * Carrots, cooked, 20 carrot * Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) * Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped * Lawry Seasoned Salt, 0.25 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp * Garlic, 1 clove (
Dice Onion. Clean and cube potatoes. Rinse carrots and sprouts. Smash garlic with the side of knife. Add all vegetables to pot. Add 1 cup water.
Rub roast with seasoned salt and pepper. Place in pot on top of vegetables.
Cook on High 3-4 hours. Makes about 8 servings.
