Kathy's Easy Turkey (Chicken) Crepes

1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 tsp poultry seasoning1 TBSP Butter1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey (chicken)1/3 cup 1% milk1/2 tsp orange rind*8 crepes (use your favorite basic crepe recipe)
In saucepan, cook celery and onion with seasoning in butter until tender. Add 1/2 can soup can and chicken. Heat; stir often. Spoon on crepes, roll up and warm in 350 degree oven.
Meanwhile inn another sauce pan, combine remaining milk, and orange rind. Heat ; stir occasionally. Serve over crepes.
