Ingredients

2 cups unbleached flour3 oz fat-free cream cheese2 Tbsp vanilla extract1 cup splenda no calorie sugar1 cup butter, unsalted1 cup powdered sugar1 -12ox can Solo pastry filling
Combine together flour, cream cheese, sugar,
butter and extract, mix well until blended together
in large bowl.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then separate dough
in half, roll out and sprinkle flour over dough.
Use a round shape cookie cutter to make circles.
Take a circle of dough, put 1/2 tsp of filling on top
and pinch together sides.
Put baking sheet in oven 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until alittle slightly brown. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cookies while warm.
Makes 24 =2 inch cookies.
Option: make use different flavor fillings and/or
extract.
