15 Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 Pkg 15 Dry Bean Soup Mix1 Lb of Ham cubed1 C onion2 Cloves Garlic2 C Chopped Celery
Directions
Wash beans...to large pot add:
Dry Beans
ham
onion
garlic
celery
cover with 8 cups or 2 quarts of hot water....
bring to a good boil
reduce heat and simmer for 2+hours or till beans are tender. Can serve with cornbread and chopped onion as a garnish
