Tossed salad w/ fun ingredients

0.5 head iceberg lettuce0.25 bunch of spinach0.5 red pepper1 cup of cucumber slices (quartered)15 baby carrots0.5 Avocado0.5 large starfruit5 large strawberries2 bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)4 tablespoons of raspberry vinaigrette
Just cut everything into small pieces or slices any way your like.
The salad will last a day or two in the fridge but
I usually only add the dressing and other juicy ingredients, such as strawberries when I eat the portion, so that it doesn't get soggy. Also, avocados will turn brownish if you add them a day beforehand.
