Oatmeal chocolate muffin

Ingredients
1.5 cups ground rolled oats1 cup skim milk2 egg whites18 pkg splenda1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda2 tablespoons coca powder unsweetened1 tablespoon carab powder1/2 teaspoon salt6 tablespoons ground golden flax seed
Directions
Mix ground oats with milk and let while preparing other ingredients.
Mix egg whites with splenda
Mix remaining dry ingredients
Mix together oats mixture wtih egg white mixture. Slowly mix in dry ingredients being careful not to over mix
Bake about 20 minutes in a 350 oven
Makes 6 large muffins.
